The verdict

Most US pest-control firms were never named by AI assistants

64% of the 106 firms surveyed appeared in no answer. The names that did appear belong almost entirely to the large national brands.

This quarter's answers drew on a narrow set of firms and left the rest of the market out. 135 of the 384 answers named no firm at all. National & Multi-State Franchises: 14 of 15 firms were named (93.3%), against 35.8% across the market. Orkin led the Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, Landlord and Worried Homeowner personas, while Terminix led the Restaurant Owner persona. orkin.com was the most cited source, with 119 citations.
