What we shipped
- We set down how the whole agency actually runs: the frameworks behind every deliverable (REST, BOOM, DISCO, FEED, the 4Ds), the shared vocabulary that ties them together, and the rule for where a human decides versus where an agent runs.
- Each framework broken down into primitives that an agent can pick up and run, task by task.
Why we built it this way
We have always had procedures for everything and a defined shape for every kind of work. That is precisely why becoming an agentic business is a natural step for us rather than a reinvention. The directives already existed, so splaying them into primitives an agent can execute is an evolution, not a rebuild.
How it benefits clients
- Predictable, repeatable delivery instead of bespoke improvisation each time.
- A brief maps cleanly onto the work that fulfils it, so nothing is lost in translation between people and agents.
What's next
Continued refinement as we scale, with the frameworks tightening as more of the work runs agentically.
Technical innovations
Less a technical build than an organising one: a shared vocabulary and a consistent shape of work that both people and agents obey, which is what lets us stack more automation on top without it falling over.
How it fits the agentic journey
This is where the AI manifesto meets delivery. The belief, a human accountable for every decision, machines on the mechanical, judgement front-loaded, becomes the actual operating model for building and running the primitives. It is the spine the rest of this journey hangs on.
